Terms and Conditions for Purchases

OUR POLICY

All orders are subject to our full terms and conditions (below).  Nothing in these affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

DESCRIPTION OF GOODS/SERVICES

Once an order has been received, we will confirm the details and price for the items via email.  Details, descriptions and prices for goods shown on our web sites are correct at the time when the information was inputted.  We will try to ensure these are regularly updated.

RETURN, REFUND, CANCELLATION POLICY

We will only refund the cost of goods if it can be clearly shown that we have made an error in the order content, production or packaging.  We cannot accept responsibility for damage that occurs in transit.

We regret that event tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. Beaford Arts reserves the right to cancel ticket bookings which it reasonably suspects to have been made fraudulently.

In the event of cancellation, you will be notified as soon as possible.  Ticket purchases will be refunded at face value with the exclusion of postage costs.

DELIVERY POLICY

Beaford Arts will deliver orders within 7 days to the delivery address which you supply.  Delivery will be charged at the current Royal Mail postal rate for the goods, plus packaging and will be sent within 7 days of receipt of order and clearance of payment, if in stock at the time of ordering.  In the case of photographs these are printed individually to order by a third party supplier who will undertake to fulfil the order in the shortest time possible.

EXPORT RESTRICTIONS

We accept orders for delivery to the UK and Europe.  However, enquiries are welcome for orders outside of this.  Please phone or email for details.

Please Note: the transaction currency is £GBP (Pounds Sterling).  Payments from abroad will need to be in £GBP and the currency conversion rate needs to be checked with customer services before a transaction will be approved.
